The Pennsylvania State Animal Response Team is a network of government agencies, not-for-profit organizations, private business and volunteers.

PASART is administered by a Board of Directors and an Executive Director, but its’ success depends on the support of agencies, corporations, foundations and individuals. Support of PASART can be in the form of volunteerism, in-kind support resources and funding assistance.
